FAQ's

- How early should I arrive to my appointment/session?

We welcome you to arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, please be aware that we have multiple activities in the showroom + hot shop daily, coming earlier than the suggested time may pose as an interruption.

-Best advice for booking? 

Book the max amount you want to make, then you make the amount you paid for regardless of attendees. We are not able to add on to bookings due to operational logistics. 

​

-What happens if I am unable to attend my appointment?

You may send someone in your place, if possible please email to give us a heads up. 

​

-How soon after my session will the item I made be available for pick-up?

Your creation(s) will be available for onsite pick-up starting 16-48 hrs after the session, check listed pick-up times or schedule an appointment, please pick-up within 60 days.

​

-What are the recommendations for participants in terms of safety and what to expect?

​-A signed waiver is required for participation, under 18 needs parent/guardian consent.

-We recommend drinking water before, during, and after (we keep a pitcher of water in the fridge but you may want to provide sports drinks, water, etc for your group to keep them hydrated)

-Other recommendations: wear natural fibers, tie back loose hair, sunglasses (protective eyewear will be provided), and closed toe shoes (glass shards on the ground in the hot shop).

- For Private Workshop Sessions: we welcome you to bring in snacks/drinks, we will provide table(s) for your spread at your request.

-Gift Cards?

We no longer sell gift cards (discontinued at onset of COVID).

-What is the cancellation policy?

All bookings are non refundable and non transferable to another date/time*  

Includes: Classes / Lessons / Public & Private Workshops / Private Demos

As a small business we base our operations on these bookings and the loss incurred from refunds/transfers is too great for us to absorb, thanks for your understanding.

*Please be sure you can attend your appointment before booking. In case of emergency, some cancellations may be eligible for a selection of pre-made creation as compensation.
