INTRO to HOT SCULPTING WORKSHOP

Join Instructor Grant Garmezy for Sculpting with Fire: An Introduction to Hot Glass Sculpting! Find out just what it takes to control and shape a mass of solid glass into a sculpture. We will study "hot core" and "cold core" sculpture, learn about adding color, and practice using different tools to help shape the glass into beautiful forms. All materials included, no experience necessary. $125

INTRO to HOT GLASSWORKING

Students will learn to gather molten glass on a solid metal rod and work the glass into different forms including paperweights and marbles. No experience required, all materials provided. $85

INTRO to GLASSBLOWING I

Students will learn how to gather molten glass on a blowpipe and blow it out into basic forms. Basic assisting techniques will also be taught.Intro to Hot Glassworking or equivalent experience required prior to registration for this class, all materials provided. $85 per class. We will be adding advanced classes to the calendar based on interest. These courses are offered as Private Lessons - $1 per minute with a 60 minute minimum.
